Colorado Junior Crew is the premier rowing club in Colorado for athletes in grades 8-12. We are a "no cut" program, welcoming rowers of all skill levels. We look forward to the opportunity to share this life-long sport with Colorado teens.

The Winter Training program is an opportunity for athletes to increase their knowledge and skill level.  Athletes increase their technical skill level of the stroke on the ergometer (stationary rowing machine), learn more about the power curve and how best to apply energy/pressure for maximum efficiency.  There are also fitness components of the Winter program that assist with the athletes improving their overall fitness, strength and conditioning components, flexibility and core strength.
 
 
Participants from other sports or activities are welcome to  sign up for this training program!
